Here are some things to take note of before booking an appointment

All appointments must be booked in advanced. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment

Please select the necessary add-ons when booking to ensure a smooth appointment with adequate time allocated to complete your service.

For emergency appointments on Wednesday and Sunday, please email to check availability. These slots incur an additional charge of £40.

We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this, a $20 late fee will apply.

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. You can reschedule/cancel your appointment by sending an email.
